Free Standard Delivery
1-3 working days. Free on all orders.
Orders are processed within 1 working day and dispatched via our courier partner. You will receive a tracking email once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Area
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland). We do not currently ship internationally.
Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking information. If your order has not arrived within 3 working days of your dispatch email, contact us at hello@fortispet.co.uk and we will resolve it same day.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us a photo within 48 hours and we will replace it immediately at no charge.
