If your dog doesn't take to Fortis after a gradual 7-day transition, simply email us at hello@fortispet.co.uk within 14 days. We will issue a full refund.
Do I need to return the food?
No. Shipping heavy bags has a high carbon footprint. Instead of sending it back, we ask that you donate the remaining food to your local dog shelter. Just send us a photo of the bag at the shelter (or a receipt of donation), and your refund will be processed immediately.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your box arrives damaged or we've sent the wrong recipe, email us a photo within 48 hours. We will replace it immediately free of charge.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription or order at any time before it ships. If the order has already left our warehouse, simply refuse the delivery or contact us for a return label.
